Public Sector Speaker
It often takes an outside influence to inspire great action or significant change. As a successful public sector speaker, Stuart will help your audience shape their futures and help you to drive your organization forwards. He’s a catalyst for change. Words are powerful, but words born of the challenges Stuart has met are doubly so.
As an accomplished public sector speaker, no one’s better equipped to motivate people of all ages and roles. Having overcome his own disability, Stuart is uniquely qualified to help both disabled and able-bodied people unlock their capabilities. As he’s often proved, it’s about pushing beyond your perceived limits – and being surprised where you arrive. As he often says, “When you think you can’t, know you can”!
When you want your organization to shift up a gear, you need a speaker with something special who also understands your kind of organisation. The sort of ‘special’ you’d expect from a man who’s overcome the significant hurdle of physical disability, and gone on to cross the Atlantic ocean using just his own physical and mental strength and shaped a successful business career too. The sort of ‘special’ you’d expect from a public sector speaker who doesn’t know the meaning of ‘can’t’.
With his understanding of business and organisational needs, a natural gift as a professional speaker (and empathy with your audience’s needs), Stuart has the ‘Wow!’ factor (it’s hard to define but an audience knows when someone’s got it…!) along with one or more unique differentiators (he is so much more than just another sportsperson or adventurer…).
Stuart Boreham is the speaker to inspire your team. In the face of his significant achievements, a mere departmental reorganisation or the impact of tough budget cuts seems to pale into insignificance! That’s why, when enlightened organisations in the UK and around the world (including Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand) want to inspire and motivate their people, Stuart Boreham has often been called in.
Few speakers will relate to your organisation’s challenges like Stuart. Nothing banishes ‘can’t’ or ‘it’s impossible’ better than a regular guy with an astonishing record of against-the-odds achievement. What’s more, Stuart, himself a successful businessman and social entrepreneur, really understands business and the unique challenges often present in public sector organisations. As your speaker, he knows how to work with you to get the most from your event – and deliver your messages so the audience will relate them directly to their daily challenges.
Whatever your objectives, with Stuart Boreham as your public sector speaker you’re in for a presentation that will take an hour – and last a lifetime.
“Many, many thanks again for making our event such a success. It will last in people’s memories for a long time.”
Work Assist – Job Centre Plus“Your presentation was entertaining, encouraging and inspiring and we received some very positive feedback about the day and your presentation in particular.”
Gloucestershire County Council – Education Directorate
Early Years and Childcare Conference“I have been a Police Officer for 20 years and have a progressive hearing loss which is now severe, I can identify with your need to succeed and do what others say you can't. I was having a bad week and, more setbacks, but having listened to you yesterday I am ready to fight again!”

About Stuart

Stuart was born in Stornoway, in the Outer Hebrides, Scotland, in May 1966.
As a child, it was soon apparent that he had difficulties with his legs - cerebral palsy had left him spastic in his lower limbs.
But what he has lacked in strength in his legs he has made up for in willpower to succeed.
