Public Sector Bodies

We work with you to ensure the needs of your local, regional or national conference, or event, are met and your theme(s), goals and aspirations are centre-stage, interspersed with Stuart's own content, anecdotes and relevant messages.  Stuart's experience of the Public Sector includes speaking alongside Local Authority leaders and portfolio holders, senior civil servants  and government Ministers, at a range of events and locations, from conferences to departmental events, as a Keynote, Motivational or Subject expert speaker.

Universities

A speaker at numerous Independent Schools, Stuart's clients have included Downe House School, Gordonstoun, Wellington College, Dean Close, Benenden, Cheltenham Ladies' College, Shiplake College and Windemere St Anne's School amongst others.  

Highly versatile and able to react immediately to audience responses, Stuart has addressed children and young people from the ages of 4 to 18, landing his presentations with the same flair that is the hallmark of his unique, bespoke, style.

Additionally, Stuart has spoken at a Boarding School's Association annual conference and an HMC conference dinner.

The Armed Forces

A staunch supporter of the UK's Armed Forces, Stuart has spoken at Officer's Mess events, station and unit fundraising activities and in unique settings such as the flight deck hanger of a Royal Navy Frigate. Stuart's work has encompassed events with the Royal Air Force, Army and Royal Navy in the UK and Abroad.

Police Services and Prisons 

Over many years, Stuart has brought his presentations, and work in the fields of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, to a number of Police Services across the U.K., including Police Scotland, Warwickshire Police, West Mercia Police, Thames Valley Police, Cheshire Constabulary and Gloucestershire Constabulary, as well as the Prison Service of Northern Ireland college and various prisons. 

His work includes addressing a conference attended by 600 officers and police staff representing all 43 Police services in the U.K., as well as small groups (c. 10) comprising Chief Officer/Senior Management Teams.

Third Sector & Not For Profit

Stuart's breadth of experience speaking at conferences and events in this sector spans very small WI groups to conferences with an audience size of 900, sharing the platform with guest speakers including senior Royals, government Ministers and television personalities. 

An enthusiastic speaker at yacht club dinners up and down the country, Stuart is also passionate about the work of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award scheme and has been a repeat speaker for the Award at schools, prize-giving events including on behalf of Council run schemes and also at St. James' Palace, for Gold Award recipients.  

 

Charities

Given his own circumstances, what he has overcome and gone on to achieve, Stuart has a natural affinity with speaking at/for all charities and, specifically, those whose objectives address physically disability; mental health and learning difficulties, given both his own experiences in life;  his understanding of the needs/ challenges of others he has met and his work as a Patron of an outstanding charity, The Treloar Trust, whose work brings not just relief to, but outstanding achievements from, its cohort of students .

The Duke of Edinburgh's Award

Stuart thrives on sharing his experiences, adventures and successes with audiences from the Duke of Edinburgh's Award scheme, about whose work he is passionate, whether at pre-expedition events, award ceremonies in schools or at Local Authority run schemes or, indeed, as a guest speaker at Gold Award Presentation events at St James' Palace. Bringing inspiration, motivation and the spark of a flame for success to each audience, Stuart has been a repeat speaker for the Award especially as, in each scenario, Stuart's message includes that the Award is just the start and not the end, irrespective of level attained.   


Corporate Organisations

A highly accomplished public speaker, Stuart has a catalogue of event successes behind him, including as event host, keynote speaker, away day presenter and for product launches. His corporate work has taken him all over the UK, into a number of European countries  and as far a field as Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and the USA.
